Tiny Tots & Mummy and Me
Ages 2 - 3.5 years
Our Mummy and Me class / Tiny Tots is designed for children aged 2 to 3, it's a great way to get the little ones moving and as well as exercise for the mums also! This class includes a combination of ballet, jazz and games to introduce dance.

Tiny Tots, Kinder & Pre School have ballet incorporated during class
Our Ballet lessons cover the foundations of classical ballet technique. It is a more formal setting that will give students the discipline to mature as dancers. The importance of strength, flexibility, rhythm, musicality, and memorisation will be stressed. We incorporate ballet into our younger classes as it disciplines and helps focus on posture and flexibility. We highly recommend ballet to all students as it links with other dance styles.
Ages 3.5 - 4 years
Designed for Kinder aged children and younger. This dance class uses a combination of ballet, jazz and games to introduce dance to the young ones. This class focuses on rhythm, musicality and coordination. It is a great way to get kids moving and grooving!
Level 1 & Level 2
Our 'Acro for Dancers' class focuses on strength and flexibility, through acrobatic movements. These techniques are incorporated into a dance routine and can include Aerials, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers and handsprings. While acrobatics or gymnastics are not forms of dance, they can become dance techniques if the dancer adds rhythm and music with true dance choreography. The is achieved when dancers move from an acrobatic technique smoothly onto to a dance movement. Watch out for our Acro Dance at the concert, it's sure to impress!!
Jazz offered for any age group
Tiny Tots , Kinder & Pre School have Jazz incorporated during class
Our Jazz lessons are a fun and energetic way to learn dance. The class includes a warm-up with stretching, isolations, strengthening exercises and then moves across the floor to work on turns, kicks and jumps. Then moves on to learning a jazz routine.
Hip - Hop
Our Hip Hop Classes involve the fundamentals of hip hop movement. They are upbeat and high energy classes. Stretching, isolations, rhythms, musicality, upper body strength and funky footwork will all be incorporated.
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of a few dance genres including jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers aim to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.
Our Tap classes help dancers learn rhythm, timing and technique, as well as learning co - ordination and speed. Tap helps dancers with their flexibility in their ankles and knees.
Our ladies class is awesome combination of Hip Hop, Jazz and Burlesque! Those of you who danced as teenagers or in your past, this is the class for you!
Offered to experienced dancers
Our competition team is offered to the experienced students and is great for those who want to gain extra performance experience. This really encourages working together as a team and self confidence!
